Accommodation choices are extensive starting with elegantly appointed guestrooms in La Corte, the resort's main building. Borgo village is an adaptation of a white stone Apulian village, complete with streets and a common square and houses the Il Borgo suites and Casettas ('little houses'). Nestled amidst the rich Mediterranean vegetation, with private swimming pools and lushly landscaped gardens are an enclave of three bedroom private villas.
Dining options are extensive with a selection of rustic, yet stylish casual restaurants to choose from, including wood fired pizzas at Trattoria Mia Cucina and fine Apulian dining at Due Camini.
