Otahuna Lodge is set within an 1895 New Zealand homestead surrounded by 30 acres of its own century-old botanic gardens
Situated at the base of the Banks Peninsula, this luxury lodge is the ideal place from which to explore Canterbury.
Accommodation comprises 2 master suites and 5 suites which retain grand architectural features from the 19th century, such as 15 working fireplaces, carved inglenooks and stained glass windows.
Dinner is a five-course chef’s degustation menu which changes daily, making use of the fresh produce sourced from the property's own potager garden and orchard.
Wineries, private gardens, championship golf, world-class fishing and even the world’s rarest dolphins are all just a short drive – or helicopter ride – from the front lawn. A swimming pool and tennis courts are also available to guests.
