Arkaba Station

Arkaba is a medium sized sheep station, its craggy sandstone bluffs and dry creek beds lined with river red gums providing a quintessential Australian scene.

Dating from 1851, Arkaba Homestead offers a select few guests a taste of classic Australian country hospitality while a few 'Wild Bush Luxury' touches ensure comfort, style and a truly memorable outback experience.

There are 5 guest rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as supremely comfortable living areas and a pool overlooking Arkaba Creek.

An open bar with a selection of beverages is available to guests and the resident chef provides traditional station cuisine infused with native elements.

Activities on the property include wildlife watching, learning of life on a working sheep station, bush walking, four-wheel drive safaris, visits to the Flinders Ranges National Park and mountain biking.
