Day 2

CANYONEERING

This morning, join your driver/guide for an exciting 4- to 5-hour half-day canyoneering adventure around Zion National Park. Start with a short hike to the canyon's mouth, where you'll see fascinating geology and natural formations. Your guide will show you how to descend safely into the canyon before you explore the cave and the canyon floor. After the adventure, your guide will take you back to your hotel for lunch in the charming town of Springdale (pay direct).

Day 3

ZION NATIONAL PARK

Today explore Zion National Park on a 7-hour private tour with your expert naturalist driver-guide. You'll be picked up from your hotel and taken on a customized tour, tailored to your level of fitness and interest. Choose from challenging hikes for the physically fit or family-friendly hikes such as Hidden Canyon, Emerald Pools, and Watchman Trail. For accessible adventures, enjoy incredible views and a close-up look at flora and fauna on the Pa’rus and Riverside trails.

Stop for a picnic lunch midway through your day. After lunch, continue hiking on one of Zion’s various trails or visit an authentic ghost town. Your driver-guide will return you to your hotel at the end of the day for an evening at leisure.

Day 4

MOAB

Today, self-transfer to Moab, which takes around 5 hours. Consider taking Routes 12 and 24 for a detour through Grand Staircase-Escalante, Capitol Reef, and Goblin State Park.

If you're up for an adventure, add a visit to Bryce Canyon National Park for a full-day drive. You'll be amazed by the incredible hoodoos in the amphitheater. Take a short hike on Queen's Garden or Sunset to Sunrise Rim Trail, or drive to viewpoints like Rainbow Point, Bryce Point, and Natural Bridge.

Day 5

CANYONLANDS

This morning, you will be picked up by your driver-guide for a tailored private hiking and sightseeing tour at Canyonlands National Park. You'll start at Island in the Sky mesa and descend via the Shafer Trail, with views of the Colorado River and ancient Ancestral Puebloan rock art. Afterward, you'll take a calm water river cruise with stops at Meander Canyon, Dead Horse Point, the Grotto, and a petrified forest. There are no rapids, but the canyons are majestic. You'll have a picnic along the riverbank before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

Day 6

ARCHES NATIONAL PARK

This morning, your driver-guide will take you on a private tour of Arches National Park. You'll see iconic landforms with unique colors and textures, and explore the park's raw beauty. Your guide will select a trail based on your fitness level, which may include a short climb up a rock wall, traversing a valley, and meandering through sandstone formations. Along the way, you'll see structures like the Marching Men, Tower Arch, and the Eye of the Whale, and your guide will point out old wagon wheel trails and dinosaur tracks. After the tour, your guide will take you back to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7

PAGE

Today, you will self-transfer from Moab to Page, which takes about 5-6 hours by car. If you'd like, you can drive through Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park on the way, which is known for its appearance in Western movies. Day 8

ANTELOPE CANYON

This morning, you will be picked up by a private driver-guide from your hotel for a 2-hour tour to Upper Antelope Canyon. You will be in a group but have a private guide. The route is one way, which will allow you to take photos without others in the background. The best time to see the beam of light is midday from April to August. The trail is moderate in difficulty.

The tour will show the natural illuminating sunlight on the canyon walls, which changes colors throughout the seasons. You will experience the canyon at a relaxed but steady pace. After the tour, there will be a 15-minute hike up and over the canyon. Your guide will return you to your hotel at the end of the tour.

Day 9

THE GRAND CANYON

This morning, head to Grand Canyon National Park. Your drive to the park will be approximately 3 hours. Once in the park, you may visit the following highlights:

- Desert View Watchtower: Perched on the rim of the canyon, the Watchtower reflects the architecture of the ancestral Puebloans in the Four Corners region. Climb the stairs to the top of the watchtower for views up and down the canyon. On a clear day, one can see well over 100 miles!

- Navajo Point: This viewpoint offers a great view of the watchtower as well as panoramic vistas to the west and a view north up the Colorado River.

- Tusayan Museum and Ruin Site: A relatively flat 0.1-mile (200 meter) trail wraps around the ruins of a small ancestral Puebloan village and offers the opportunity to learn more about the place and the people who once called this home.

- Moran Point: This is a great vantage point for those interested in geology as three main rock groups are clearly visible.

- Grandview Point: This popular viewpoint offers panoramic views of Grand Canyon from east to west, including several bends of the Colorado River to the east.

- Mather Point: Located at the visitor’s center, Mather Point allows you to gaze into the mile-deep abyss of the Grand Canyon.

After exploring the park on your own, proceed to your hotel and spend the rest of your evening at leisure.

Day 10

HELICOPTER ADVENTURE

Today, take a short drive to Grand Canyon Airport and prepare for a 45-minute small-group helicopter tour. Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in, safety training, and preparation.

You’ll fly over the world's largest ponderosa pine forest and the canyon's South Rim for stunning aerial views. Marvel at the North Rim and eastern end of the canyon as they appear before your eyes. Follow the path of the Colorado River, gaze at the Painted Desert, Desert View Watchtower, Marble Canyon, and Point Imperial. Continue south to the Dragon Corridor, the widest and deepest section of the canyon.

After the tour, fly back to the starting point. Self-transfer from Grand Canyon South Rim to Sedona, which is approximately a 3-hour drive. Consider driving through Flagstaff's downtown district, which features late 1800s buildings and Route 66 landmarks.

Day 11

THE RED ROCK CANYONS

Starting between 5am-8am or after 2:30pm is recommended to avoid the heat and other hikers. During the drive to the trailhead, your guide will share local beliefs and lore about the destination’s sacred significance. The trail covers Long Canyon, Deadman’s Pass, and Mescal, allowing you to encircle Mescal Mountain and view the canyons. Your guide will point out cliff dwellings and significant rock formations and explain their meaning.

After the hike, your guide will return you to your hotel to relax and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 12

 DEPARTURE
