ITINERARY

Day 1 - 2

THE KENTUCKY BOURBON TRAIL

Check into your hotel and spend the day exploring your surroundings. You may visit a local venue to take in Louisville’s world-class live music scene– which in recent years has evolved from its Bluegrass roots to feature a wide array of genres and styles. The following day, kick off your trip with a full day of distillery tours and tastings along the famed Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Learn all there is to know about this quintessential American spirit as you meet local distillers preserving centuries-old traditions through dedication, care and craftsmanship.

Day 3 - 4

NASHVILLE, MUSIC CITY

Hit the road and make your way to Nashville. You may detour to visit Mammoth Cave National Park for some self-guided exploration of the world’s longest known cave system. Then, embark on a journey though Nashville’s musical history at the Country Music Hall of Fame and the legendary RCA Studio B, where Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley once graced the halls with their talents. In the evening, enjoy VIP access at Nashville’s longest-running country music stage show: The Grand Ole Opry.

Day 5 - 6

MEMPHIS, THE BIRTHPLACE OF ROCK N’ ROLL

Make sure to try some of Nashville’s famous hot chicken before continuing on to the rich cultural hub of Memphis, the birthplace of soul music and of course, rock n’ roll. Head to Graceland, the palatial estate that once belonged to the King of Rock n’ Roll: Elvis Presley, for an ultimate behind-the-scenes VIP tour. Then, explore some Memphis’ best-known historic sites and museums including The Stax Museum of American Soul Music, the iconic Sun Studio, and the National Civil Rights Museum.

Day 7

THE MISSISSIPPI BLUES TRAIL

Head south as you trace a route along the famed Blues Trail through the Mississippi Delta. Visited selected stops along the way such as the B.B King Museum in Indianola and the “Crossroads of the Blues” in Clarksdale for self-guided touring. Spend the night in Natchez before completing the last leg of your trip and arriving in New Orleans.

Day 8 - 9

THE BIG EASY

Orient yourself with a private foodie walking tour of the French Quarter. Sample dishes that epitomize New Orleans world-famous cuisine at some of the city’s top culinary and cocktail establishments. In the evening, visit a historic bar for a private class with local mixologist. Practice creating classic cocktails while learning about their unique and colorful histories. Prepare for an aural feast as the evening continues with a live jazz tour led by a local Grammy Award-winning musicologist. Along the way, meet one of New Orleans’ jazz greats before enjoying prime seats at their show.

Day 10

DEPARTURE

This morning, check out of your hotel and make your way to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport where you will either begin the drive home, or drop off your rental car in time for your flight.
