Melbourne arrival
On arrival at Melbourne International Airport you will be met by a representative of Southern Crossings and transferred by private vehicle to your accommodation.

5th March
Melbourne Day tour
You’ll be met at your accommodation by your private guide and vehicle for a full-day tour of Melbourne’s diverse boroughs. Explore revitalized neighborhoods from bohemian Fitzroy to seaside St Kilda, sampling global treats along the way. Visit a coastal community shaped by both European roots and modern subcultures, enjoy vintage amusements and a classic local dessert, then continue along the waterfront to a lively area known for artisanal pastries and coffee. Wander through a vibrant market to try a regional favorite before heading to the city’s northeast—once industrial, now a creative hub of galleries, street art, cafés, and unique boutiques. Enjoy a delicious lunch with an alcoholic beverage before returning to your accommodation around 4:00 pm.

Practice Day
Take a moment to explore the lively surroundings of the Albert Park Street Circuit, where you can soak in the laid-back pre-race atmosphere before the weekend’s adrenaline rush begins. This is the perfect chance to snap unforgettable photos, meet fellow fans, and even score autographs from your favorite drivers—all while enjoying the stunning coastal backdrop.

Qualifying
Feel the anticipation rise as the qualifying sessions reach their climax. Witness the intense battle for pole position, where every fraction of a second is crucial in shaping the starting grid for Sunday’s main event.
8th March
Raceday
It’s lights out and away we go! Soak in the electrifying race-day atmosphere then, take your seat in the Grandstand and get ready for 58 adrenaline-fueled laps as the world’s top drivers battle for P1 in the first race of the F1 calendar.
9th March
Great Ocean Road tour
This morning your private guide and vehicle will meet you for your Great Ocean Road tour. Begin at Bells Beach, Australia’s famous surfing hub and home of the Rip Curl Pro. Look for kangaroos in the early light, then pass seaside towns en route to Split Point Lighthouse for morning tea with panoramic coastal views. Continue to Kennett River to see colorful parrots and wild koalas in the gumtrees. Enjoy lunch in Apollo Bay before heading inland through the lush forests of Great Otway National Park. The road then opens onto the dramatic Shipwreck Coast and the Twelve Apostles, where cliff-top boardwalks offer stunning views of the limestone stacks and nearby Loch Ard Gorge. You’ll return to your accommodation around 8:00 pm.
10th March
Kangaroo Island arrival
This morning your private driver will transfer you from your accommodation to Melbourne Airport for your onward flight to Kingscote via Adelaide (flight not included).
Upon arrival, a Southern Ocean Lodge representative will meet you for a shared transfer to the lodge (about one hour). Set amid natural bushland, Southern Ocean Lodge overlooks a dramatic stretch of Kangaroo Island’s coastline, with rugged cliffs, wild ocean views, pristine beaches, and untouched vegetation. Its eco-focused design and organic interiors sit beside two National Parks and close to major attractions such as Flinders Chase and the Remarkable Rocks. Resident naturalists offer guided experiences throughout your stay.

Today a lodge representative will transfer you by shared vehicle to Kingscote Airport for your onward flight to Adelaide (flight not included).
Upon arrival, your private driver will transfer you to your accommodation in the Adelaide Hills (about 30 minutes).

Departure
Today you will be met at your accommodation by your private driver and vehicle and transferred to Adelaide Airport for your onward flight (approximately a 30 minute journey).
